Simi Valley Home Prices RISING FAST! Almost 4% Gain in Ventura County Since February

It is no surprise that Simi Valley and Ventura County home prices have been rising, but the number we have seen lately are INSANE! According the the Ventura County Star the market has jumped 3.7% since February 2013.

If you look at the graph provided by the Star, you can see where we bottomed out. Imagine what that graph is going to look like in the next 3-5 years. With interest rates as low as the are and mortgage payments being less than it cost to rent, it only makes sense to purchase a home.

Big Sky Simi Valley homes and Wood Ranch Simi Valley homes have also jumped. There has not been a lot of inventory in those specific areas and this is why it is crucial if you are looking to purchase a home to team up with the number one brokerage in Ventura County: Troop Real Estate. We give our clients first access to those properties before they even hit the public market.

The market is not slowing down it is only gaining speed. Imagine you purchase a home now and the market jumps another 10% this next year. You will have instant equity! A lot of home buyer's are getting beat out by other offers, however clients that team up with me: Sean San Jose have the competitive edge. I provide buyers access to listing before they hit the market and other homes right when they hit the market. I understand how important it is to get in while the getting is good and have to tools to do so. Feel free to give Troop Real Estate a try, call us at (805)206-6363
