Real Estate is on the Rise!!!
Things are looking up for Simi Valley home values and homes nationwide. We have been hit so hard after the housing crash and it has taken us some time to recover, but according to cnn money we are on the up swing. Home prices are starting to rise and demand has gone up. Interest rates are at an all time low which is bringing buyers out from hiding. This is good news for our local market! Take a look at the full article below
